Sangre y Fuego

This cocktail brings together a range of very Mexican flavors in each sip, is slightly spicy, with a liqueur of ancho chili, watermelon, jamaica and of course, Tajacú mezcal. Perfect to enjoy on any occasion and season.

Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Mezcal Tajacú Cupreata (Guerrero)
  • .75 oz Ancho Chili Liqueur
  • .75 oz yellow lemon juice
  • 1 oz watermelon juice
  • 1.5 oz jamaica water
  • 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. First you must combine all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a shaker.
  2. Place the mixture in a Collins glass with some ice cubes.
  3. Then add the ginger beer.
  4. To decorate, place a dehydrated flower.
