Sangre y Fuego
This cocktail brings together a range of very Mexican flavors in each sip, is slightly spicy, with a liqueur of ancho chili, watermelon, jamaica and of course, Tajacú mezcal. Perfect to enjoy on any occasion and season.
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Mezcal Tajacú Cupreata (Guerrero)
- .75 oz Ancho Chili Liqueur
- .75 oz yellow lemon juice
- 1 oz watermelon juice
- 1.5 oz jamaica water
- 1 oz ginger beer
Instructions:
- First you must combine all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a shaker.
- Place the mixture in a Collins glass with some ice cubes.
- Then add the ginger beer.
- To decorate, place a dehydrated flower.
